How to order:
Order online:
1. To place an order online,
click on any product name
2. Choose the style, color and size you want
(where applicable) and
3. Select the Order button
4. Follow the instructions
on the subsequent shopping cart screens to finalize your order.
Buying from
us is so easy, your baby could do it. For every item, there will be an "Add
To Cart" button. This button will add the items to your shopping cart. After
you put something in your shopping cart you can choose to place the order
immediately or continue shopping. You can put multiple items in your
shopping basket.
When you are finished and want to place the order, you can
get back to your shopping basket by clicking "Check Out". When you submit
your order, you will receive confirmation through an email that will include
your order number and other information. I process all credit card payments
through Paypal, so you can purchase with confidence.
Credit Card's:
Please
be aware that all transactions made through Baby on the Run on-line are
completed through Paypal. These are fully secure and protected via SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, the industry standard for processing secure
credit card orders on-line and is supported by all major web browsers.
Privacy:
Baby on the Run is committed to protecting your privacy. We will
not sell, rent or trade any information that identifies you to other
companies or other third parties.
Payment:
We are able to accept the
following forms of payment (C.O.D. orders available for local customers only):
- Pay by Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for
order payment through Paypal. Our charge will appear on your credit card
statement as "Baby Run"
- Pay by Check or Money Order - If you choose to
mail your order to us you may pay by personal check or money order (In
addition to Credit Card). Please do not send cash! All payments must be in
US Dollars and need to be payable to "Rick Winter DBA Baby on the Run"
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of
Massachusetts. Massachusetts law requires that we charge a sales tax on the
full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are
considered part of the product and must be included when sales are
calculated.
Shipping:
Orders will normally be shipped via UPS Ground Service
within 2-6 business days of the order being placed.
Free shipping on all
order of $75.00 and greater. A flat fee of $7.95 shipping and handling will
be charged for all orders less than $75.00 in total sales plus any
appropriate taxes. Please note some items may ship directly from the
manufacturer.
Please note: Additional shipping surcharges will apply for any
orders shipped outside of the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Canada and International locations. Please contact me at

shipping quote.
Warranty Policy:
Our strollers come with manufacturers'
warranties. To the extent that issues arise that are covered by the
applicable warranty, then free shipping is included within the continental
United States if replacement parts are required. We are happy to help
contact the manufacturer about your product if it is within warranty. The
manufacturer warranties are valid within the continental United States and
customers outside of the continental United States will be responsible for
shipping and handling charges if applicable.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We will
accept returns on all brand new items in the original packaging and
condition, including original box, packages, manuals and paperwork, within
30 days of purchase. We will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. The
customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Merchandise
returned with any sign of usage or damage or in incomplete condition,
including all original warranties, manuals etc., will be subject to a
minimum 15% restocking fee and we reserve the right to refuse the return.
We
do not accept returns on used strollers. Please contact us for a return
authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse returns without a
return authorization number. Once the item is returned to us in its original
and unused condition, we will refund you in full less our restocking fee.
All sale items are final sale.
If you receive a defective item or an item
that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you
received a damaged item, we will help make the necessary arrangements to get
replacements parts or a replacement item shipped to you with no additional
shipping charges to you. The replacement parts or item will be shipped the
same method as the original order. If the item arrives damaged, please
retain the original box as well as all packing materials as they will be
necessary to facilitate a proper return and damage claim.

on the Run wants to bring you the best value in purchasing our products. If
you find a lower price from any other authorized retailer on any of our
carried merchandise, please let us know and we will match the price *some
